Nature of the platform
Satya Bandhan is a facilitation platform that provides a pre-marriage affidavit template, pairs both partners for a single case, and coordinates access to an independent e-notary service. It is not a law firm and nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice.
The notarisation
Notarisation is performed by enotary.tech, an independent third-party notary platform. Satya Bandhan is not the notary, does not witness signatures, and does not vouch for the contents of any affidavit. Your relationship with enotary.tech is governed by their own terms and the conduct of the certified notary you book through them.
What ₹11,000 covers
The ₹11,000 fee covers platform access — the affidavit template, case pairing between both partners, and guided coordination of the e-notary process. There is no separate charge for the e-notary session — Satya Bandhan coordinates and bears the full cost of notarisation as part of the service.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of your affidavit. A notarised affidavit is a sworn legal document. False statements may constitute an offence under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and carry serious legal consequences including imprisonment.
Limitation of liability
Because Satya Bandhan does not see, store, or process the contents of any affidavit, we cannot be held liable for the contents of any declaration, for omissions in any declaration, for the conduct of any party, or for the outcome of any marriage or notary session. Our liability in any event is limited to the platform fee actually paid for your case.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
