What we do not collect

Satya Bandhan does not collect, store, or view the contents of your affidavit at any point. The affidavit template is downloaded as a Word document. You fill it privately on your own device. We never receive, transmit, or have access to your answers.

What we do collect

The platform stores only the minimum information required to pair partners and coordinate the notarisation process:

• Name, email address, and mobile number
• City of residence
• Role
• Case pairing data (which two users belong to the same case)
• Payment reference number from Razorpay
• Boolean confirmations: that you have downloaded the template and that you have completed your notarisation

How we store it

All data is stored securely on our backend infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

How long we keep it

All data is retained for twelve (12) months from case creation and is then permanently deleted. You may write to hello@satyabandhan.com at any time to request earlier deletion.

Legal basis

Personal data is processed with your explicit consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent at any time.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Razorpay (subject to their privacy policy). Notarisation is performed by enotary.tech, an independent third party. When you visit enotary.tech, you do so under their terms and privacy policy — Satya Bandhan does not transmit your affidavit or personal information to them.
